If you are preparing to sell your home, or the home of a family member, I will present you with recent sales data, and we will discuss an appropriate marketing plan, which may also include "pre-market" staging and prep work.

 

I consider myself a consultant, advisor, and marketer, rather than a salesperson, so do not expect a high-pressure sales pitch when we first meet. My objective for our meeting will be to understand your goals and ideal timeline, and for you to have your questions answered. At the end of our consultation, I will leave you with recommended next steps.
